Galvanometer
We offer a wide range of galvo systems tailored to different application requirements:
Analog Position Detector (PD) Galvos – a proven technology known for robustness, high dynamics, and an excellent price-performance ratio.
Encoder-based Digital Galvos – for maximum precision and positional accuracy. Encoder technology enables exact position feedback and is particularly suited for applications requiring high stability and repeatability.
Through our partnerships and close collaboration with Japanese manufacturers such as Citizen Chiba and Canon, we are able to integrate systems that are valued worldwide for speed, durability, and precision.
Drivers and Interfaces
The performance of a galvo critically depends on the appropriate driver. Therefore, we offer:
Analog Drivers – robust, reliable, and ideal for applications where speed and stable signal transmission are key.
Digital Drivers – featuring extensive configuration options, integrated diagnostic functions, and maximum control precision. They enable flexible adjustments and easy integration into complex systems.
In addition, we provide XY2-100 interface boards, ensuring a standardized and reliable connection to external controllers.
Optical Components
An essential part of high-performance beam deflection systems are the right mirrors. We design and supply:
Custom mirrors – individually adapted to laser wavelength, power, and application.
Specialized coatings – for high reflectivity, low absorption, and maximum lifetime.
Quality assurance – cleanroom assembly and optical measurement ensure that every component meets the required specifications.
